1.Temperature control accuracy: 

The glue cylinder, glue delivery pipeline, and glue outlet need to be independently temperature controlled (usually adjustable from 80 ℃ to 180 ℃), and the accuracy needs to be controlled within ± 2 ℃ to avoid glue carbonization caused by high glue temperature and poor fluidity caused by low glue temperature (affecting glue uniformity).

2.Coating stability: 

Equipped with precision gear pumps or screw pumps, ensuring uniform dispensing volume (error ≤ 5%), and supporting multiple coating forms (point, line, and surface) to meet the coating needs of different workpieces (such as narrow edge sealing and large-area bonding).

Anti clogging performance: PUR adhesive is prone to clogging pipelines/nozzles after curing. High quality models are equipped with "anti solidification reflux system" and "heating insulation pipeline", which can automatically clean residual adhesive when stopped, reducing the failure rate of adhesive clogging.

3.Compatibility:

 Supports PUR adhesives with different viscosities (usually 10000-100000 cP), and some models can quickly switch between adhesive types to meet different production scenarios (such as soft adhesives for leather bonding and hard adhesives for metal bonding).
