1.Advanced light source technology

      It adopts laser-like PinPoint LED light source technology, which produces bright and clear light spots, enabling more accurate detection. For example, the "Ji Liu" series photoelectric switches can be easily aligned and debugged by virtue of this technology. Some models, such as the WTB2S-2 blue light sensor, can penetrate the surface of dark solar wafers, and the V-shaped lens of WT2-S can accurately identify transparent glass or reflective metal surfaces with errors controlled at the micrometer level.

2.Strong anti-interference capability

     Equipped with the new-generation SIRIC ASIC chip, it can effectively suppress various outdoor and indoor ambient light as well as electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable operation even in complex industrial environments. Some models of transmitters are featured with a second LED light, which can effectively suppress background light interference. They also have an anti-crosstalk function, making them suitable for through-beam and retro-reflective switches.

3.Diverse types of detectable objects

      With the SIRIC® application-specific integrated circuit, it can identify objects of various types and characteristics. Whether they are transparent or dark, small or fast-moving, porous or shiny, all can be reliably detected.

4.Rich enclosure and operation options

      There are various enclosure forms ranging from mini to compact types, which are compatible with different machine models. In addition, multiple connection and operation options are provided, facilitating installation on different devices.

5.Easy adjustment

      Equipped with large adjustment knobs, such as the "Ji Liu" series, it allows for quick adjustment of sensitivity and sensing distance. There is also an adjustable potentiometer at the rear, which enables switching between light and dark modes, reducing installation time.

For example, diffuse reflection photoelectric switches can detect the arrival of workpieces on the conveyor belt and trigger subsequent processing procedures.
