1.Core function: Stable pressing and conveying

Adopting a design of integral pressure beam and corrugated track, the contact area with the board is increased through surface contact, avoiding indentation or slip caused by traditional rollers, ensuring smooth transmission of the board, and improving the bonding accuracy of the edge banding.

The dual peak track structure enhances friction, supports high-speed operation (up to 26-28 meters/minute), and adapts to the edge sealing requirements of narrow plates (such as 40mm wide), significantly improving production efficiency.

Disperse pressure and protect the board

Track design increases the contact surface, disperses local pressure on the board, reduces processing damage (such as embossing or deformation), and is especially friendly to thin plates or vulnerable materials.

Integrated molding process: Most of them use wear-resistant chloroprene rubber or PU material for integrated molding, with no joints, strong tensile strength, and avoiding the risk of fracture.

Modular chain system: composed of double row chains, track plates, and sprockets, combined with electrically adjustable pressure beams, can quickly adapt to different thicknesses of plates.
