2. It enables accurate glue level detection with an error of less than 0.1mm.

3. It is easy to install , and the fully automatic mounting clip design allows probe replacement in just 30 seconds.

   
   

This glue level probe has the model number R3E-5/12 and can be used with high-temperature sensors. The maximum allowable installation depth is 40mm, and it is optimal to set the desired glue level switch point at half of the probe's maximum insertion length. It can accurately monitor the glue level in the glue pot of edge banding machines, and the calibration potentiometer allows adjustment of the sensor sensitivity to adapt to different types of glue and working scenarios.
