Appearance inspection: Regularly observe the seal ring for cracks, deformation, hardening or wear.

Performance record: Record the seal ring replacement cycle and failure mode (such as aging, tear).  

② Maintenance measures

Cleaning: Remove impurities in the sealing tank to avoid accelerated wear of particles.  

Lubrication: Use compatible lubricants (such as silicone grease) as needed to reduce friction heat.  

Replacement standard:

  The permanent deformation rate of the seal ring compression exceeds 15%.  

  The surface is cracked or has a significant decrease in elasticity.
