The connectors of the BW06L wide-band laser welding head mainly include optical fiber connectors, water circuit connectors, and gas circuit connectors.

Taking the QBH interface as an example, you first need to align the red dot on the side of the outer sleeve with the red dot on the inner sleeve, then clean the optical fiber head, ensure the red dot on the QBH is in the same straight line as the longest groove on the optical fiber head, and finally insert the optical fiber and rotate the outer sleeve until the two contact surfaces fit closely.

The water circuit of the BW06L welding head is connected with a water pipe of 6mm in diameter. Connector 1 is connected to the water inlet of the chiller, Connector 8 to the water return port of the chiller, and connectors 2-3, 4-5, and 6-7 are connected to form a loop, so as to cool the welding head.

In terms of the gas circuit, the BW06L air knife type and coaxial protection type have different connection methods. The connected gas is usually compressed air, nitrogen, argon, or helium; the pressure of compressed air is generally 0.4-0.6MPa, and the pressure of protective gas is about 0.1MPa, which can be adjusted according to specific welding requirements.

A standard C/CS interface is adopted for connecting a CCD camera, facilitating real-time monitoring of the welding process.

The M8 aviation connector on the side of the laser head is used for module power supply and alarm signal output, and a 15-meter connecting cable is provided at the factory.
