Utilizes ultra-high pressure water for cutting, generating no heat.

Advantage: No Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ). Does not alter material properties, microstructure, or cause warping. Ideal for heat-sensitive materials (e.g., titanium, tempered steel) and explosive materials.

3.Superior Precision & Quality

CNC-controlled with a very fine waterjet stream (typically 0.1-1mm in diameter).

Advantage: Narrow kerf, minimal taper, and smooth edges. Enables highly complex shapes with high precision, significantly reducing secondary finishing and material waste.

Supplies paint steadily to automatic spraying lines and robotic painting cells. Provides a consistent, pulse-free (or low-pulse) flow for uniform spray application and improved product quality. Also used in paint circulation systems.

Container Filling & Packaging

Precisely and efficiently fills paints and coatings from large storage tanks into smaller pails, cans, or tubes. Its dry-run capability prevents pump damage during container changeover.
